Our sofas, chairs and footstools are normally delivered by a two person team to a room of your choice. Smaller items are delivered from by courier. If you have a preference of courier, give us a shout and we can see what we can do.
Shipping costs are based on the size of the item. Standard costs are as follows:
- Footstools / tables - £39
- Chairs - £39
- Small Sofas - £49
- Large Sofas- £59
We offer a premium option for an extra £20 on top of standard shipping. This is faster and we usually can deliver in two working days to major cities in the UK. If we can't offer this, we'll refund the premium element.
We can also offer same day shipping on all sofas, chairs and footstools across the UK. This starts at £200 for our London same day service.
International. Yep from an extra £30 to Europe.
Europe (including Ireland / Northern Ireland): Chairs are only an additional £30 for a three day service. Please place your order and select Europe Delivery at the checkout. For sofas, the additional charge is £120. This may be subject to extra charges too depending on your country.
USA: We can deliver chairs to the USA This is priced at an additional £130 to ship on a three day service via UPS. Please place your order and select USA Shipping. We have delivered sofas, but this is on a case by case basis so please contact us as sometimes it can be pretty expensive.
Other countries: Please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we can provide a quote.
For all international shipping, there may be additional charges. Before we dispatch your order, we will contact you to confirm if any of these will apply.
Can I return my purchase? Sure.
We're so sure you'll love our products, we give you 14 days to return your item for a full refund minus delivery costs. Just call us and arrange a collection.
All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging and packaged to the same standard. You must take care when opening packaging that the items were delivered in and carefully re-pack the items in the original packaging prior to returning the products to us. We may have to charge a restocking fee if the product is in not fit to be resold.
All returned sofas, chairs and footstools must be handled by our delivery partner who will arrange a collection. Delivery and return fees will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be made within 5 days of us receiving the product.
For the cancellation and return of other products including lighting and accessories, we will contact you to let you know how to return these to us. We recommend a recorded, signed for service.
Please note this does not apply to commercial customers.
My item is faulty or damaged. What do I do?
Please inspect your item on arrival, if it is damaged or faulty please contact us so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement as a priority.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
For furniture, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time and give you options to reschedule to a convenient time. If you are not at home at the agreed day / time your item will be returned to the warehouse. We can arrange redelivery however this will be at our standard rates. For smaller items, please use the tracking number to arrange redelivery.
